Soft skills are an important factor for business success

Today’s post is taken from an article in the The Times this week: “‘Soft skills’ need to be taken much more seriously as factors for business success, says a campaign by employers” (14/01/15). We couldn’t agree more with its message: These are skills such as communication, initiative, interacting with customers and team working.
