The coaching, training and consulting from Amanda and Kate have transformed the culture of our organisation. Our key middle and senior managers now exhibit real competence in management and leadership, speaking the same language.

Thanks to Leaders Lab, we now have leaders who are focused on the key leadership elements of our people, strategy and dynamic leadership, and who are driving the strategy and plan of the business.

Working with Amanda was revelatory. We explored a broad scope of ideas and instances, identifying development opportunities that would empower me as a leader and grow my skills. Our sessions were candid, challenging and always productive.

Leaders Lab worked with our Director Team to help clarify and align our vision for the business. With their facilitation we created a core of middle management and developed roles and responsibilities for all team members. We developed a set of agreements around who is accountable, how work is delegated and a set of behaviours and values which form the basis of the Company’s culture. We now have a cohesive team all working towards achieving our business objectives, with clearly defined accountabilities against which to assess performance.

The work done by Leaders Lab with the senior Partners has resulted in a set of clearly defined behaviours derived from our company values. These make it possible rigorously to manage and measure our progress in developing our company culture. Their guidance and skilled facilitation have been invaluable, as have their experience in organisational change and the external perspectives they are able to bring.

Kate’s personable nature, as well as her care and attention to everyone’s wellbeing have been of great benefit in developing people’s success. Her coaching and team development tactics were entirely bespoke to our organisation and have ultimately made DSA a better place.

Perhaps a testament to the great work that Kate does is the fact that we recently had a check-in to discuss how things have gone since our session and it was very clear that because of a number of implementations that came out of the session, our agency has never been more efficient and organised.

The upturn in the market has clearly helped our business, but undoubtedly the systems we put in place have helped enormously too. I can’t begin to thank you for the time you spent going through things with me as well as the ideas you passed on – you were such a help!

Kate has been instrumental in transforming our tired and ineffective appraisal process and unused job descriptions into a clear structure/framework of accountabilities driven by the company strategy and values. The result is highly effective 1:1s that hold our people accountable to deliver results.

Amanda is in a different league to coaches I’ve worked with in the past. She supported me in developing a more effective management style which is yielding tangible results. I only wish I’d worked with her earlier in my career.
