The HMSA provides information on the heritable disorders of connective tissue (the ‘Hypermobility Syndromes’) through its website, publications, forums, local groups, advice line, and education programmes.
How did we help?
Our project with them:
- clarified the roles of the leadership and trustee teams.
- restructured the leadership team.
- redefined the accountabilities of the MD and the other functional heads in the leadership team.
This resulted in:
- complete clarity over the relative roles of the Leadership Team and the Trustees.
- a new clarity as to the accountabilities of each senior manager in the organisation.
- a new enthusiasm to develop proactively the organisation’s culture and its future.
