The Travel App with a Difference
Trippin is a new website and app for the travel-loving millennial and Gen Z generation, designed to help them discover places where the locals eat, sleep and hang out. Established by DJ, singer and songwriter Yasmin Shahmir, app developer member Kesang Ball and marketing whizzkid Sam Blenkinsopp, the user-generated app is focused on highlighting the kind of places young people really want to visit on holiday.
How did we help?
Leaders Lab coached the CEO at Trippin to develop excellent leadership skills, and helped the management team to structure their start-up company so that it has the necessary organisation framework to succeed, with a focus on a healthy culture that reflects what they and Trippin stand for.
