The Leaders Lab Premier Coaching Programme was implemented for a senior director. We focused on his need to identify creative powerhouses within the organisation, take his leadership to the next level, get his team to step up, communicate effectively with some of the more technically minded team members, manage his time well and consciously manage the company culture.
Results achieved
The director was promoted to Head of Content with a team of 25. Coronavirus happened halfway through the coaching programme so the focus became increasingly about how to manage a team effectively with everyone in lockdown. The director was able to focus on strategy rather than the day to day running of his team. He effectively developed and coached his direct reports to step up and be more accountable.
Working with Amanda was revelatory. We explored a broad scope of ideas and instances, identifying development opportunities that would empower me as a leader and grow my skills. Our sessions were candid, challenging and always productive. Amanda encourages reflection, offers precise insight and creates an atmosphere of candour and trust through her coaching. Every session was great fun and our time working together has taught me a great deal about myself and what I can do with and for my team.
