Since 2019 Leaders Lab has been working closely with the Private Client Team, both with individual partners and with the team as a whole.
How did we help?
Because of the pandemic and prolonged WFH, the Private Client team had been unable to do any proper team development for nearly 2 years. Leaders Lab developed and facilitated a bespoke off-site team event which brought the team together.
This off-site focused on surfacing and solving the issues and challenges of a high performing team, as well as clarifying accountability between team members, and creating a team action plan. As a result, a number of areas were resolved through individual coaching, some management training and a separate sub-team intervention over the following few months, leaving the team in good shape for the challenges facing it.
Leaders Lab continue to coach and mentor Private Client partners and have done so for several years. This has led to:
- Partners working towards and taking on roles such as Senior Partner and Board member.
- Partners significantly building their client base and fee income.
