Our work with Savills is multi-faceted and we have successfully helped them address a number of issues within their organisation.

Director Strategy Days (Residential)

The Global Head of Residential wanted to ensure that he and the Directors had maximum benefit from their strategy days. This meant alignment on key decisions and action points that actually happened.

We facilitated 3 strategy off sites over a two-year period. Our work enabled the Head of Residential to participate fully in the discussion rather than chair the meeting, as he previously had. As a result of our involvement there was alignment on key issues and action points with individual accountability agreed. At a review at each successive meeting, it became obvious that an unprecedently high proportion of actions committed to were being completed on time.

Individual Heads of Office

Working with individual Heads of Office we combined bespoke one to one executive coaching with a management skills programme. This gave them the understanding and management tools they needed to build a highly successful team in their office.

Team Crisis Management

Key members of a highly profitable team were close to resignation and planning to move to a competitor, because of management issues and lack of communication.  We worked intensively with the individuals and their line managers in a team context. Our objective was to surface, and enable them to resolve, difficult issues and conflict within the team.

Because of our intervention, key issues were discussed frankly and objectively and solutions sought, with the result that the team has stayed together.

Premier League Team

We worked with an already highly effective and profitable team to take their performance to the next level. The team recognised that their performance could be enhanced if they took various steps to ensure that there was proper collaboration. Following the work we did with them, they were able to set up a platform for effective communication and to deal with key obstacles that were holding them back as a high performing team.

The upturn in the market has clearly helped our business, but undoubtedly the systems we put in place have helped enormously too. I can’t begin to thank you for the time you spent going through things with me as well as the ideas you passed on – you were such a help!
