1. The Leaders Lab Premier programme is designed for:

  • CEOs
  • high level senior executives

The emphasis is on delivering high level results through a combination of coaching, mentoring and, where appropriate, challenging and directing.

The programme consists of one free chemistry session, a 2 hour goal-setting session and 7 sessions of 90 minutes each.

2. The Leaders Lab Management Coaching programme is recommended for:

  • managers and executives who are looking to resolve a specific issue

Each session with a Leaders Lab coach lasts 90 minutes with a free one hour chemistry session included. We recommend a block of either 3 or 5 sessions in the first instance.

All Leaders Lab executive coaching programmes include unlimited telephone and email support.
